Talk: Designing flexible learning pathways for the future
Monday 28.10.2024 (doors open at 11:30)
Havneterminalen, Tromsø
Requires a ticket

Oförsagd’s talk on the first festival day focuses on how to lead the development of secondary education services strategically and with an understanding of people. There is a wide range of people working in secondary education, from different backgrounds and of different ages. How can we create an educational model that supports each individual’s ability to achieve their dreams? How do we ensure that the service we provide is of real value to all who are part of the system? How do we dare to put people’s needs and dreams at the center of development?

Workshop: The basics of human-centred design
Tuesday 29.10.2024 at 08:00 – 11:30
Havneterminalen, Tromsø
DARK tickets include access to one workshop

On the second festival day, Oförsagd will lead an interactive workshop that explores how service design can help create educational services focused on the needs of students, while benefiting all involved stakeholders. Through practical methods and design thinking, you’ll learn to reshape the educational experience from the student’s point of view, fostering inclusivity, engagement, and sustainable impact.

The workshop is tailored for professionals working in or supporting educational services and systems, especially those involved in development and innovation. Ideal participants include school administrators, principals, decision-makers, public service officials, and service designers.

Oförsagd’s workshop is one of the Deep-Dive sessions, which are designed to delve into a topic, after the conference on the first festival day. Up to 30 participants can attend the workshop. Sign-up is open from 11 October.
