Forum Box presents Norwegian contemporary art
23.08 - 15.09

Helsinki-based Gallery Forum Box’s autumn exhibition presents Norwegian contemporary art by Bianca Hisse, Moderne Ruiner (Astrid Findreng, Elisabeth Engen & Grethe Britt Fredriksen), Magnhild Opdøl, Tonje Bøe Birkeland and Qi Tan.

The artists of the exhibition were selected through an open call organized by Bærum Kunsthall, and from the proposals a curatorial group consisting of Forum Box’s member artists selected five proposals. Hoping to offer an overview of Norwegian contemporary art for the Finnish audience, the curators chose artists who are at different stages in their career and work with different mediums. The exhibition is a collaboration between Forum Box and Bærum Kunsthall.

The exhibition is on view between 23. August— 15. September 2024
The vernissage is celebrated on Thursday, August 22 from 5 to 7 pm and the exhibition will be opened by minister counsellor Svenn Joar Bjerkem at 5.30 pm.

Gallery Forum Box is partially accessible. Detailed information regarding accessibility here.
