Previously, Solja has worked at the communications department of The Finnish Youth Research Society and has also worked with culture, film education and social media at IhmeFilmi ry and PopUp ry.

“In the future my ambition is to work with Nordic cooperation. I’m looking forward to learning how the cultural institute promotes cultural cooperation between Norway and Finland. In addition, it is interesting to ponder how the field of arts and culture can promote sustainable development.

Welcome to the team, Solja!
