Hakapik – an art critique web magazine  – has published an interview with artist Lada Suomenrinne. In the interview Suomenrinne recounts their experiences working internationally as an artist, participating in Barents Spektakel 2025, and being a Sámi artist.

Hakapik is an art critique web magazine that aims to explore and analyse art production in the North with a focus on northern Norway and Tromsø. Hakapik publishes reviews, interviews, comments, essays, and photo series.

The text is a collaboration with the Finnish-Norwegian Cultural Institute as part of the pARTir initiative funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
